Fixed PID Monitor for Continuous VOC Detection

TVOC is a fixed photoionisation detector (PID) designed for continuous measurement of total volatile organic compounds (VOCs). New ATEX approvals enable a 3 wire TVOC system to be used in Zone 2 hazardous areas, without safety barriers. ATEX and IECEx approvals allow TVOC to be used in Zone 1 hazardous areas, with safety barriers.

Stationary monitoring of carbon dioxide (CO2)

The IR 24 does not contain any moving parts, which may be subject to wear and tear. This ensures a long lifetime and low maintenance cost. Additional safety is provided by the permanent self-check and function test of the GMA controller. Sensor and electronics are protected in a solid enclosure from dust and water according to IP 54. This ensures that water cannot enter the detector, even in wet environments.

Behind a service lid on the front of the IR 24 you find potentiometers and test connectors for easy adjustment of zero point and span. This allows one-man calibration on-site and reduces service down-time.
